Eldeal Engineers is a lift company in Delhi with its registered office in Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar. The company was founded in New Delhi in 2017, and while most of our daily work today is in Bihar and Eastern UP, we continue to take up lift supply, installation, maintenance and modernisation projects across Delhi NCR.
Where it all started
Delhi is where Eldeal Engineers began. The capital showed us how fast lift demand grows when cities build upwards, and how often building owners struggle with unclear pricing and slow after-sales service. Those lessons shaped the way we work everywhere: clear quotes, reliable support and reasonable prices.
Lift needs in West Delhi and NCR
West Delhi neighbourhoods such as Uttam Nagar, Janakpuri, Vikaspuri and Dwarka are full of builder floors: four- or five-storey buildings on compact plots, with a separate family on each level. Many were built without lifts, and residents now want one, especially for elderly parents. Space is usually tight, so the right choice is often a compact passenger lift or a home lift designed for small shafts.
Across NCR, in Gurugram, Noida and Ghaziabad, the demand is different. Commercial buildings, clinics, showrooms and small hotels need dependable passenger lifts, while warehouses and workshops need goods lifts that can handle daily heavy use.

Our lifts use V3F drives for a smooth, energy-efficient ride. Standard safety features include an automatic rescue device (ARD), overload sensor with voice prompt, intercom, emergency light, light-curtain door protection and an alarm.
Builder floors and retrofits
Adding a lift to an existing builder floor needs careful planning. We check whether there is space for a shaft inside the building or on an external wall, how deep a pit can be dug and how much headroom is available at the top floor. Safety standards to keep in mind
New lift installations in India now fall under IS 17900, which BIS says became mandatory from 22 December 2025. It is harmonised with European standards EN 81-20 and EN 81-50 and places emphasis on unintended car movement protection (UCMP), ascending car overspeed protection (ACOP) and automatic rescue. The National Building Code 2016 also sets building-side requirements for lifts. Please confirm current local rules with the relevant authority.
