This privacy policy explains how Eldeal Engineers Pvt. Ltd. ("Eldeal Engineers", "we", "us") collects, uses and protects personal data when you visit our website or send us an enquiry. We have written it in plain language. We process personal data in line with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 ("DPDP Act") and other applicable Indian law.

Eldeal Engineers Pvt. Ltd. supplies, installs, maintains, repairs and modernises lifts, elevators and escalators. Our registered office is at F-21, First Floor, Milap Nagar, Uttam Nagar, New Delhi 110059. Our corporate office is at H.N. 494, Ground Floor, Behind Kali Sthan, Old G.T. Road, Sasaram, Bihar 821115. For the purposes of the DPDP Act, we are the Data Fiduciary for the personal data described here.

What personal data we collect

Data you give us

When you fill in an enquiry form on our website, we collect:

your name;
your phone number;
your email address;
your city; and
the message you write, which may include details about your building or lift.

If you call, WhatsApp or email us, we also receive the details you choose to share in that conversation.

Data collected automatically

We use a first-party, privacy-friendly analytics tool to understand how our website is used, for example which pages are visited most. This tool runs on our own website and does not share data with advertising networks. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Your IP address is hashed (converted into a one-way code) before it is stored, so we cannot use it to identify you. The analytics data we keep is aggregated and used only to improve the website.

Why we use your data

We use the personal data you give us to:

respond to your enquiry and call you back;
arrange a site survey, share a quote or provide the service you ask for;
provide support, maintenance and breakdown assistance;

ask us to erase your data, where we no longer need it;

nominate another person to exercise your rights in case of death or incapacity; and
raise a grievance with us, and, if unresolved, with the Data Protection Board of India.

To use any of these rights, email us. We may need to verify your identity before acting on your request.

Children

Our website and services are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed. Please check this page occasionally.
